Damage History: 4/29/1997 – Loss of power caused aircraft to land short of runway. Damage to left wing repaired by Precision Air, FAA Repair Station #PB4R434M.
12/13/2011 – Nose gear collapse on rollout. Serviceable prop installed, and engine torn down and inspected by Eagle Magneto.
